Three Easy Ways to Register:

1. Register On-line with our secure server.
2. Download the Registration Form (pdf) and fax it to the number on the form.
3. Call Registration Services at 435-797-0423 or toll free 800-538-2663 with your credit card information.

The registration fee includes conference participation and materials, the Sunday welcome reception, morning and afternoon refreshments, two lunches and the Monday and Tuesday poster receptions.

The field trip fee includes transportation and participation in one of the field trips and a boxed lunch. Space is limited on field trips and registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

The guest fee is available should your guest wish to attend the Sunday welcome reception. Guests are also welcome to register for a field trip.

Refunds: Requests for refunds will be honored when received by May 1, 2006. However, another person may be substituted at any time for this conference. A $50 administrative fee will be deducted for cancellations. In the unlikely event that this conference is cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, the university will fully refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for any other expenses, including cancellation or change charges assessed by airlines, hotels, travel agencies, or other organizations.
