Conference Location

The conference will be held at the Canyons Resort in Park City, UT. Located just 4 miles from historic Main Street, The Canyons is the closest Park City ski resort to the Salt Lake City International airport yet close enough to enjoy all the nightlife, dining and shopping that the town of Park City has to offer.

Hotel Reservations

To make hotel reservations, please contact the Grand Summit at 1-888-CANYONS. Remember to ask for either group code 2538NU or Assoc. of Natural Resource Extension Professionals (the reservation department won't know which group it is if you ask for ANREP) to receive discounted conference rates (plus taxes & fees). The room rates are as shown below and will be available 3 days pre and 3 days post conference (May 11 - May 20).

Our room block will be held until April 14, after which rooms will be made available to others. ANREP attendees can get rooms on a space-available basis after April 14, but reserve by then to be sure you get a room.

Please note that confirmed reservations will automatically be billed for one night’s room and tax at the time the reservation is made. Visit the Canyons Resort and the Park City Web sites to learn more about traveling to Park City.

With non-stop flights from over 70 U.S. cities into Salt Lake City International airport, it's easy to get to The Canyons from just about anywhere. Once you land, you can arrive at the Canyons in 40 easy minutes by bus, taxi or car. (See Travel Information for details)

Parking is available in a garage under the hotel for a fee, but surface parking also is available near the hotel. Ask about parking options when you check in.

Wireless internet access (128K) is available in the hotel for 1 day for $5 or 3 days for $10. Just ask the front desk -- you will receive a username and password and it will be billed to your room. Faster access (called Business Advantage -- 512K) is available for $10 for 1 day or $20 for 3 days. Again, arrange it through the front desk. If you need access in the conference center for a presentation your user name and password will work there, but test it ahead of time.
