Recreation/Activities
- Golfing: There are five golf courses in the area that are usually open by mid-May.
- Hiking: The Holly Flanders trail should be at least partly free of snow, and begins right out the door of the hotel.
- Walking: One half mile down the road a paved biking trail (starts at St. Mary's Catholic Church) takes you four miles into historic downtown Park City.
- Snowshoeing: Snowshoes can be rented at the Canyons resort or in Park City and used for hiking at higher elevations on the mountain.
- Mountain Biking: The Glenwilde Trail is an excellent single-track at Kimball Junction and should be snow-free and ridable during dry weather, bikes are available for rent at the Canyons or in Park City.
- Horseback Riding: Groups of 20 can self-arrange for a 1.5 hour guided horse back ride, arranged through the Canyons.
